Service Charge policy

All orders are now subject to a 50p service fee, including those for delivery and collection. This will be automatically added to your bill total. The fee is to help improve our website and services to provide you with a better experience.

Returns and Refunds

All refunds are processed on the day they are received.

If you are not satisfied with your meal please contact us on the day you purchased your meal and we will provide you with a refund.

If you want to return your meal, please contact us by phoning +44 (0)1502 500988. We will then provide you with a refund for your meal.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before you receive your meal on the same day by phoning +44 (0)1502 500988 and we will provide you with a refund.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is only available to residents in the Lowestoft. For delivery charges, please see the footer.

Goods will be dispatched as soon as they are cooked and delivered in warmer bags by car. Delivery is approximately one hour after you confirm your order. If it will take longer, we'll let you know.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK's Data Protection Act 1998.
